Introduction

Wij (Een woningzoekend jong stel) hebben de pretoriusstraat 49^1 Gekraakt.

Wat houd dit in?

Dat wij na minimaal een jaar leegstand besloten hebben dat wij hier gaan wonen....

Waarom?

De eigenaar,("Wooningstichting Olympus group..") hetgeen een samenvoegi ng is van; "acob" een seperatistiesch clubje Dat vanoudsher alleen voor ambtenaa ren werkte, "Ons belang" altijd al meer een vereniging van huiseigenaren(specula nten) Dan een sociaal voelende woningbouw vereniging, de derde ben me even ontsc hoten...., Was altijd al een mafioos clubje, sinds de privatiesering is dat er n iet op vooruit gegaan...

Nu vinden zij de kosten voor uitplaatsen schijnbaar te hoog om een pand in de sociaale huur sectie in stand te houden nieuwbouw/project ontwikkeling levert b lijkbaar meer op, en men vind tijdelijke bewooning schijnbaar te omslachtig...

Dit terwijl de wacht tijden voor woningen oplopen tot negen jaar, het is dus niet onze bedoeling om voor te dringen op de "lijst" wel om iets te veranderen o m een eerlijkere woningverdeeling mogelijk te maken, vriendelijke groet,

De nieuwe Bewoners,

Since squatting the house and finding it a complete mess with a couple centimeters of dust covering everything, the house has come a long way.

We held an unsucessfull house warming party before... BUT we're going to try again!!!

SO... We'ld like to invite everyone we know to a house warming party on saturday the 2nd of Febuary, It will begin for those who helped with the squatting as well as neihbors at 16:00 for tea and food, and will go on into the evening with everyone else invited at 20:00

We hope to see you all there... food and some drinks will be provided :)

There is a 2nd meaning for having this party.. and that is as a thank you to all that have helped us through some ruff times in the past year, when we were trying (although sometimes not that hard ;) ) to get our shit together. You know who you all are (hmmm, probably because we still owe you some money)
