WEBSITE UPDATED 11th JULY: The monument permission permit (in Dutch) can now be downloaded from the archive section. Further, a heap of new relevant newspaper and magazine articles can now also be read in the archive section. Plus, announcement of two new regular Berlageblokken events. A 'renters advice hour' (huurspreekuur) for the whole neighbourhood takes place every tuesday (8pm to 10pm). It takes place in the Berlageblokken info point. Every week on wednesday, the "Berlageblokken neighbourhood cafe", from 8pm until 11pm. Come along for the latest informatie for residents and neighbours, and naturally also a snack and a drink! |

Now available: Official report from the blackbook presentation on the 12th May. (This was when the Amsterdam city council considered the blackbook. More specifically, the "City Development and Water Management" commission of Amsterdam city council considered the blackbook (about the temporary leasing of the Berlageblokken) alongside the report from the Dienst Wonen (housing service) which also dealt with this topic.) |

New stuff on the website! In the archive section there are now photographs, press releases, and the neighbourhood letter. The website also now has a 'quick introduction' to our campagne (see frontpage), unforunately only available in Dutch. |

The lawsuit ('kort geding') brought by YMERE against the old tenants of the U-bloc is due on Friday 14th of May at 1.30pm at the court of law on the Pernassusweg. Everybody is invited to come and support the old tenants. (The U-bloc is one of the three blocks of Berlage flats.) |
